Dates raw balls that will melt in your mount even though they are frozen.

400 Gram Dadler
200 Gram Rosiner
2 spk. Peanutbutter (Kakao peanutbutter)
150 Gram Mandler
150 Gram Hasselnødder
25 Gram Chokolade (85% eller over)
2 spk. Kakaopulver
2 spk. Kokus olie (Ikke smagsneutral)
1 dl Æble juice
1 tsk Salt
1 tsk Vaniljepulver
150 Gram Sesam
50 Gram Rå kakao stykker
100 Gram Kokousflager
200 Gram Kokosmel (Til at rulle dem i)

Fremgangsmåde

Blend almonds and chocolate in a blender till they have the texture you want.

Blend dates and add cocoa powder, salt, peanutbutter, coconut oil and add apple juice to make the blend smooth.

Mix the mass and the raw cacao pieces together.

Roll the mix into balls or whatever shape you want them in. Roll them in desiccated coconut, chocolate or any other liking.

Freeze them for ½ hour and they are ready. Keep them in the freezer to keep them fresh.
