Ingredients for 4 persons

250 Gram Smoked salmon
50 Gram Sesame
4 pcs Asparagus
1 Table spoon Wasabi
1 Teaspoon Butter (salted)

Procedure

Fry the asparagus in the butter on low heat.

While you fry the asparagus then spread out the smoked salmon and butter wasabi out on it. How much wasabi you use it entirely up to you. But be careful :)

When the asparagus is getting soft then let them cool off for 5 minuts.

Wrap the smoked salmon around the asparagus and sprinkle it with the sesame.
