Banana Cake With Chocolate Icing

Easy and delicious banana cake that gets the taste and sweetness of the bananas.

You can top the cake with a little chopped chocolate. It looks both good and tastes great.

Bake for approx. 45 min. at 180 ° in traditional oven.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 10 persons

3 pcs Egg
100 Gram Butter (salted)
125 Gram Sugar
2 Teaspoon Vanilla Sugar
125 Gram Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 pcs Banana
50 Gram Hazelnuts
100 Gram Chocolate (Dark chocolate 55% or over.)

Procedure

Melt the butter, and let it cool down while getting the other ingredients ready.

Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar for an airy egg snap.

Mix flour and baking powder and gently flip in the dough alternately with the butter.

Gently turn the mashed bananas into the dough.

Pour the dough into a flat (if it gets too high it may well get a little sticky inside) greased form and place the cake at the bottom of the oven.

Turn the banana cake out on a baking rack and allow it to cool.

When the cake is cooled, melt the chocolate and spread on top of the cake.
