This is my favorite breakfast. it's healthy, quick and easy to make.

1 stk Banan
1 stk Æg
1 knivsp. Vaniljesukker

Mash the banana and add then the egg, and vanilla sugar to taste. Stir well and make it like a pancake in the pan. Fry it slowly and share the possibly up some small pancakes as it can be a bit difficult to turn whole.

There may possibly be used without vanilla sugar if you run low-carb. Garnish possibly with coconut or some fresh fruit such as blueberries or what you just.
