Easy long raised buns on dry yeast that tastes absolutely fantastic. Do not be afraid of the time, as most of the time is for raising. The dough itself only takes 10 minutes to make.

Ingredients for 6 persons

700 Gram Water
450 Gram Flour
450 Gram Whole grain flour
6 Gram Salt
6 Gram Dry yeast

Procedure

Mix it all in a bowl

Let the dough rise for 2 hours

Shape the buns

Allow the buns to rise for 30/40 minutes

Sprinkle them with sesame or birch. Bake them at 200 degrees for 13 minutes
