Portobello mushrooms with nourishment

Delicious nut filled portobello mushrooms for either the grill or the oven.

Ingredients for 4 persons

4 pcs Portobello Mushrooms
100 Gram Almonds
100 Gram Hazelnuts
2 pcs Garlic
100 Gram Red Pesto
50 Gram Parsley
1 pcs Tomatoes

Procedure

Chop almonds, hazelnuts, garlic and parsley and mix with salt, pepper and pesto.

Slice some tomatoes in both and put them on top. Press them if necessary. Slightly down in the nutmix.

Sprinkel with grated cheese on top and a leafy basilkum.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, or throw them on the grill for 10 minutes.
