Stewed pointed cabbage in coconut milk is an easy and healthy garnish that goes well with most meat. I like it with meat balls :)

Ingredients for 4 persons

1 pcs Pointed cabbage
3 Deciliter Coconut milk
1 pinch Nutmeg (Grated)
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

Procedure

Put a pan on the stove with a fair amount of oil and set it at medium heat.

Cut the pointed cabbage into julienne and throw it in the pan.

Fry until it is golden and poor in the coconut milk.

Let it cook down for 10 minutes on low heat.
