Multi use dough

I use this dough for pizza, buns, cinnamon snails and much more.

If you want a more healthy dough you can mix with different kinds of whole wheat flour.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 20 persons

800 Gram Flour
5 Deciliter Water
50 Gram Yeast
3 Table spoon Oil
2 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt

Procedure

Heat the water to 37 degrees. Mix the yeast with the water and make sure it it dissolved.

Put all but the flour in and mix it till the salt and sugar is dessolved.

Add flour a little at a time until it ain't too sticky anymore. Knead the dough thoroughly. The more you knead the dough, the better it becomes.

Let it rest in a covered bowl for 30 minuts.

Divide the dough into the pieces you will use it for. If it is for pizza, there's enough for 4 pizza bases.
